These photos are of a home in the $700k+ range. Approximately 3500 Sq. Ft.  This elegant home has an eclectic mix of traditional, contemporary and Hawaiian\Polynesian.  Also, this is a "SmartHome".  You can find more detailed information about this feature at left.  For now let's enter this home which includes an independent microprocessor which controls hundreds of features, such as scene lighting and  predetermined owner preferences for light control. All locks are electronic and are opened by a keypad as you  enter your home. Each member of the family has an individual code. As a result the home reacts to each individual by greeting them with a warm system voice such as " Aloha and welcome home Mrs. Jones, you have 3 new voice mail messages, press # on any keypad to hear, now or use your phone and enter personal code to retrieve later."  Now as this is happening,  lights are going on in the house and adjusting to a dim level you have preset. Also, your Plasma screen TV has turned on and changed to your favorite channel. The whole house audio has turned on and has begun your personal CD favorites list. The hot tub has turned on for your spa in about an hour. And finally as you entered... your code will have disarmed the home security system. Now you can relax. . .
